Nick Kolesar is a Managing Director and the Market Executive for Arizona at Bank of America Private Bank. Nick works closely with clients, Advisors, and Managers in the Scottsdale and Tucson offices, fostering an optimal client experience founded on customization, innovation, and precise execution. Deeply committed to client well-being, he directs effective collaboration across the Market, enabling his team to support clients in growing, preserving, and transferring their wealth more effectively.

A veteran team leader, Nick believes strongly in the value of simplicity. He facilitates streamlined access to capabilities across the enterprise, resulting in cohesive engagement with client priorities. Nick is also responsible for attracting and mentoring premier talent within the Market, connecting his team to the technology, resources, and best practices that differentiate the Bank’s approach. A proponent of active corporate stewardship, Nick serves as the Bank’s ambassador to the wider community and is a member of Bank of America’s Executive Leadership Team for Arizona.

Nick joined the firm in 1997 and has taken on increasing leadership roles. Prior to his current role, he was the Arizona Market Leader for the Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust). He also served as a Private Client Advisor for 12 years. He earned his B.S. in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and holds the CFP® certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.

Nick serves on the board of governors for the Boys & Girls Club of Scottsdale and the Arizona Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Previously, he served on the board of the Children’s Museum of Phoenix and well as the Central Arizona Estate Planning Council.  He also previously was a member of the Planned Giving Advisory Committee, and the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation Advisory Committee. He is a current member of the Planned Giving Roundtable of Arizona, the Financial Planning Association of America, and the Central Arizona Estate Planning Council.
