Rick serves as a Private Client Manager at Bank of America Private Bank. In his role, Rick is directly responsible for delivering banking and credit capabilities and maintaining client relationships with
high net worth individuals and families to identify opportunities to deliver the broad spectrum of client solutions including investments, lending, financial planning, and banking services. He works closely with the Private Client Advisors, Portfolio Managers, Trust Officers and Wealth Strategists to insure client satisfaction and relationship growth.

Rick joined Bank of America in 1988 as a credit analyst and has held a variety of positions in the commercial banking division. Prior to joining the Private Bank Rick spent 12 years in the Government/Public Sector Banking Group covering the North Carolina market managing relationships with state/local governments and public universities. Rick served as the bank’s City Executive in Durham and currently serves on the Triangle leadership team. Originally from Illinois and before joining Bank of America, Rick worked for a small bank out of college as a junior officer and then Deere & Company as a member of the audit staff and as a financial systems analyst.

Rick lives in Cary and enjoys all sports including tennis, golf, and general fitness. He has been active in the community serving on numerous non-profit boards in the Triangle community and spent more than 10 years coaching youth baseball, soccer, and basketball. Most notably, he was the founding board President of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Durham and Orange Counties which has
since grown to Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Triangle. He was also a founding board member of the Emily Krzyzewski Family Life Center. He currently serves on the non-profit board of Habitat for Humanity of Durham as Board Chair. Rick earned a B.A. degree in Economics and Business Administration from Knox College in Galesburg, IL, and an MBA degree in Finance from Indiana
University in Bloomington, IN.
