Robel Hailu is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Atlanta, Georgia. Robel works with a select group of high net worth individuals, families and institutions to discern their complex financial goals and distinctive priorities.

Robel leads a team of Private Bank specialists who provide intensive analysis and tactical guidance in investment management, trust and estate planning, credit and banking, wealth structuring and philanthropy. Mindful of client priorities, Robel seeks to help each family distill complexity, capitalize on opportunity and preserve their long-term legacy.

Robel joined Bank of America Private Bank in our Washington, D.C. office in 2012 as a Philanthropic Client Manager.  In this role, he managed a significant book of institutional non-profit organizations and private foundations, providing investment management and best practices around board governance, donor development and strategic planning. 

Robel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Georgia Southern University and has volunteered with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Washington as a board member for the DC region.  He successfully led the DC Club's annual campaign in 2015 and 2016.  In addition, Robel has been involved with local Diversity & Inclusion initiatives at Bank of America and served as Co-Chair for the D.C. market committee.  He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Patrick Henry Memorial Foundation.
