Rod Webb is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Manager with Bank of America Private Bank in Raleigh, North Carolina. As the primary relationship manager, his main objectives are to listen to his clients, help identify their needs, provide guidance, and coordinate with the appropriate specialists at the Private Bank.

Helping to ensure a professional and personal client experience, Rod is responsible for assisting clients with a variety of wealth management strategies, including customized banking and structured lending, and daily liquidity and banking service needs. Using the experience gained over more than two decades in the industry, Rod develops an in-depth understanding of his clients and the businesses, personal, and philanthropic causes they care about.

Rod began his career at Bank of America in 2001 in global commercial lending and was a client manager for the middle market banking group in the Triangle and Eastern North Carolina areas. He joined Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2014. Previously, Rod served as city executive and senior vice president of commercial and private banking at NewBridge Bank, where he gained insight into the wealth management needs of high-net-worth families. He also served as a senior commercial banker with Crescent State Bank and has held several positions in the small business banking and commercial real estate divisions at Wachovia Corporation.

Rod earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem. With deep roots in Raleigh, Rod is committed to the area’s continued growth as a welcoming community for families and businesses. He currently serves on the board of trustees for the YMCA of the Triangle and Triangle Family Services and is a former gubernatorial appointee to the North Carolina Education and Workforce Innovation Commission. In addition to his ongoing love of volunteerism, Rod enjoys reading, playing tennis and golf, and any occasion to be in the company of his friends.
