Rosemary Ringwald is a Managing Director and Wealth Strategies Advisor for the West Division Wealth Strategy Group at Bank of America Private Bank. Based in Los Angeles, California, Rosemary works with high-net-worth clients to develop integrated financial strategies to pursue their unique objectives, overseeing the quality and timely delivery of planning and tax services. Rosemary also serves as head of Art Planning Services for the West Coast, providing clients with in-depth guidance on art-related collecting, financing, and investing.

Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2005, Rosemary spent more than 10 years in public and industry accounting, where she focused on financial, tax and investment planning. In her previous positions with Ernst & Young LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, she provided financial, compensation and retirement counseling, along with estate planning and gift-tax consulting, to senior executives and high-net-worth individuals. Rosemary graduated cum laude with a B.A. in history from the University of California San Diego, and earned her J.D. at Southwestern University School of Law.  

A member of the California State Bar, Rosemary is a past president of the Los Angeles Estate Counselors Forum and has served as an Executive Vice President for The Leadership Council at The Music Center. She is also an adjunct faculty member for the Art Business program at Claremont Graduate University and for Sotheby's Institute of Art.  Within Sotheby’s, she serves as a lecturer for its Contemporary Art, Markets, and Management program, a Master’s degree taught in conjunction with CENTRO University in Mexico City, and teaches an online course examining the intersection of art and finance.
