Ross Harter is a Senior Vice President, Private Client Manager at Bank of America Private Bank. Ross joined Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2017 with 15 years of experience in commercial banking and financial services.


Ross serves as a trustee for the San Diego Museum of Art.

Ross holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Indiana University and a Master of Science in Business Administration (Finance Concentration) from San Diego State University.
