Previously, he was a Senior Vice President with Macquarie Capital in New York and San Francisco, serving as Head of the San Francisco office. He began his financial services career in 1997 at Needham & Co., ultimately serving as Managing Director and Head of the San Francisco office.

Ross earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
