Sal Ferradas is a Managing Director, Private Client and Institutional Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He joined Bank of America in 1997 and has been with the Private Wealth Management division since 1999. He leads a team of specialists who seek to provide guidance and customized strategies to high net worth families and individuals in the areas of Investments, Credit, Banking and Estate Planning. Sal and his team seek to provide clients with an integrated plan tailored to their unique needs and help them manage the complexities of wealth. Sal also works with Institutional clients, helping these entitites advance their underlying missions through integrated investment policy, fiduciary services, administration, governance and leadership development.
He earned a BBA from Florida International University, an MBA from Barry University, and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification and is a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® professional. He has completed executive programs at the Wharton School of Business and University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Sal has also earned the internal Private Bank title as an Institutional Client Advisor (ICA).
A South Florida native, Sal has been on the boards of the Fort Lauderdale Museum of Discovery and Science, Take Stock in Children of Florida and the Broward Public Library Foundation, as well as serving on FIU's President Council.
His goal is to bring individualized strategies locally, focusing on managing risk and preserving wealth. Sal and his team strive to help clients pursue their financial and charitable goals.
