Samantha DiValentino is a Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at Bank of America Private Bank in New York, New York. Samantha works closely with high-net-worth individuals and families to develop and implement personal trusts, charitable giving strategies and broader estate plans. Samantha provides fiduciary acumen and oversight in the administration of various types of trusts and other fiduciary investment management accounts.
 
Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank, Samantha was a Senior Trust Officer at City National Bank for over four years. During her tenure there she partnered closely with high-performing sales and investments teams to manage a dynamic book of complex fiduciary accounts and advise clients on trust and estate administration matters. Previously, Samantha was a Trust Officer at Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust). She was also formerly a law clerk to the Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex Vicinage.

Samantha received her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in Spanish and Latin American Literature and Culture from New York University. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. Samantha is an active member of the New York City Bar Association where she serves as a member of the Trusts, Estates and Surrogate’s Courts Committee.
