Scott Rosser is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Los Angeles, California. He also holds an office in Denver, Colorado. In his role, Scott works with high-net-worth individuals, multigenerational families, business owners, entrepreneurs and real estate investors who have sophisticated wealth management needs. With more than 25 years of experience in wealth management, he also offers financial guidance focused on helping individuals in the art community working closely with artists, art collectors, and art museums.
Scott leads a team of Bank of America Private Bank specialists who work together to provide solutions to complex lending needs, including residential real estate, commercial real estate, and lending against fine art. Scott and his team also advise clients on tailored investment strategies, trust and estate planning strategies, business succession and tax planning strategies, and philanthropy.
Scott has worked in financial services since 1991. Prior to joining Bank of America (formerly U.S. Trust), he was a Senior Vice President with HSBC Private Bank in Beverly Hills. His career also includes tenures with Comerica Bank and Wells Fargo Bank. He earned his B.A. in political science and international relations from California State University, Long Beach.
Scott has served on nonprofit boards and remains active with several local charities. Scott currently serves on the Art Board of Governors at The Huntington Library, Art Collections and Botanical Gardens in San Marino, California. In his free time he enjoys skiing and camping, splitting his time between California and Colorado.
