Xavier has nearly 30 years of experience in financial services with a focus on serving the unique needs of Middle Market & Mid-Corporate Companies, and their Leaders.
He brings a wide-ranging experience in Global Banking, Commercial Credit Structuring, Treasury Management, Institutional Liquidity Management, and many other financial services.
Xavier was previously the Market President for Busey Bank where he led a local team of talented Bankers focused on middle market and business banking clients across Southern Arizona.
Prior to his leadership at Busey Bank, Xavier was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America dedicated to growing the Middle Market and Business Banking market share and deepening BofA’s market presence.
Prior to joining Bank of America, Xavier was with Wells Fargo for 22 years, where he was last a Market Credit Officer, making credit decisions to support companies in Arizona and Nevada. Prior to his credit role, Xavier managed middle market banking offices in So. Arizona, New Mexico and El Paso, TX for Wells Fargo.
Xavier has served as a Board Member of Sun Corridor, Inc., a Trustee of the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona, Board Member of the National Football Foundation-So. Arizona, A Blue Blazer Volunteer for the Arizona Bowl, Former Treasurer of the Metropolitan Education Commission, and former Treasurer & Diversity Coordinator for the Notre Dame Club of Tucson.
Xavier is currently an Adjunct Professor for The Catholic University of American-Tucson Campus, a board member of the YMCA of Southern Arizona, and Board Member of the Tucson High Badger Foundation.
Xavier received his Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Notre Dame and his Master of Business Administration from Regis University.
