Avi Cohen is a Managing Director and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Los Angeles, California. He has worked in the financial industry since 1996, starting his career in the Consumer Bank with Bank of America. With a deep understanding of the institutional market, Avi is well-versed in building consensus at the investment committee and board level. He forms deep client-consultant relationships with Chief Financial Officers, trustees and other key members of investment committees to help them make investment decisions intended to preserve their capital and advance their institutions’ goals. Working together, Avi assists in creating investment policy statements that outline an organization’s asset allocation strategy, portfolio structure and investment objectives

Avi earned his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.  Community oriented, Avi currently serves on the boards of the Magbit Foundation and Farhang Foundation. He is married with three children and is an avid basketball fan.
