Caroline Evascu Baumgart, CFA®, is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Denver, CO. She leads a team of Bank of America Private Bank specialists who work in concert to design and implement tailored financial strategies in investment management, trust and estate planning services, liquidity event strategies, lending and philanthropy.Caroline returned to the financial services industry in 2022 when she joined Bank of America Private Bank. Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank, she founded and managed award-winning children’s clothing boutiques in the Denver and Boulder areas, helping give her experience and insight into the wealth management needs of entrepreneurs and small business owners. Caroline began her career in the financial services industry over 25 years ago as an Emerging Markets Oil & Gas analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, after which she became a small cap value analyst and portfolio manager at firms including State Street Research & Management, SG Cowen Asset Management, and MacKay Shields.Caroline earned her bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Diplomatic History from The University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a CFA® designation. She is a member of the Denver chapter of the Women’s Estate Planning Council and CFA Society Colorado. Caroline was born outside of Chicago, and has previously lived in New York City, Boston and London; as a student, she studied abroad in Germany, Russia and Vietnam. She currently resides in Denver, CO with her three children with whom she enjoys hiking, skiing, and traveling. Caroline also regularly volunteers at Project Angel Heart and is a professional mentor at Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder.
