Carolyn Westerberg is Managing Director and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Greenwich, Connecticut. Carolyn works with a dedicated team of specialists to address the distinctive financial needs of high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. She has particular depth catering to clients with complex balance sheets, helping them structure and deploy their wealth more efficiently.

Carolyn is responsible for overseeing tailored wealth management strategies in multiple disciplines, including credit and banking, investment management, trust and estate planning, and wealth-transfer. Drawing on her background in the arts, she advises clients on the complexities of art assets, including art-secured lines of credit, consignment, and planning. She also consults to multi-generational families, who look to her for varying needs, such as setting up a private foundation, enacting long-term planning, or assessing the impact of their philanthropic giving. 

Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2015, Carolyn served as an Executive Director with J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where she was a Financial Advisor. In addition to her tenure in wealth management, she spent 15 years in investment banking with firms that included First Boston, Shearson Lehman, ABN Amro, and BNP Paribas. She holds a B.A. from St. Lawrence University and has completed the Christie’s Modern Art Survey Program.

Carolyn is a member of ArtTable. She is also actively involved with the Bruce Museum.
