Penelope Blair is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She focuses on building relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and foundations based on personalized service and an integrated approach to managing complex wealth needs. Penelope applies her extensive knowledge of Bank of America to connect clients with creative solutions for pursuing their wealth management goals, during their lifetimes and for future generations. She leads a team of professionals from the Private Bank, delivering  an extensive array of services for both sides of the client’s balance sheet. These may include strategies for fiduciary investment management, trust and estate planning, business succession, and philanthropy, as well as credit and lending solutions.       

Penelope joined Bank of America in 1992 and transitioned to the Private Bank in 1994. She started her career as a lending specialist and then became a trust officer, focusing on trust administration and estate planning services. Most recently, she was a Private Client Manager.

Penelope graduated cum laude from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and International Business. An honors graduate of the ABA (American Bankers Association) National Graduate Trust School, she holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation sponsored by the ABA Institute of Certified Bankers.

Deeply involved in the South Florida community, Penelope serves on the board of PACE Center for Girls Broward. She was a member of Leadership Broward Class XXIX, Class XXXII chair, and past co-chair of the Joint Tax and Estate Planning Seminar sponsored by the United Way, Community Foundation and Jewish Federation of Broward. She is active with First United Methodist Church in Fort Lauderdale. She is the Bank of America Black Professional Group Southeast Florida Community Engagement Chair.

Penelope grew up in Miami. She loves to travel and has visited over 20 countries on five continents. She also enjoys spending time with her son, Ben, and “grand dog,” Cooper.
