Bleydynes Barbosa is a Senior Trust Officer with Bank of America Private Bank in Miami, Florida.  Bleydynes provides customized advice and guidance to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, helping them develop, implement and administer their fiduciary plans.  She brings extensive knowledge of trust and estate planning services providing clients with the insights they need to evaluate their options and make informed decisions about their long term legacies.

As skilled communicator, Bleydynes develops strong relationships with the clients she serves, grounding her approach in diligence and responsiveness.  She works in concert with a team of Private Bank specialists, who look to uncover possible efficiencies across a client’s wealth framework, integrating estate planning within a cohesive whole.  An agile problem-solver and active listener, Bleydynes also supports families in their efforts to resolve issues, promote harmony, and enhance communication.  Her legal training and experience heighten her ability to collaborate effectively with a client’s external tax and legal advisors, as appropriate.

Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank, Bleydynes was a wealth planning advisor with Cisa LatAm, LLC and a Trust Officer with Amerant Trust, N.A.  Before obtaining her Juris Doctor and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law, Bleydynes was the general manager for a medical practice and prior to that, she was the general manager of a wholesale flower distribution company. 

Bleydynes is a member of the South Florida Tax Litigation Association, the Tax Law Society at UM, the Miami Law Society at UM, the Hispanic Law Student Association.  She is also a member of the Florida Bar Tax Section and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.

Bleydynes currently resides in South Florida with her two sons and she is actively engaged in the community. She enjoys traveling back to her native town to help organize fundraising events to feed the indigent people.
