Naveed Shujaat is a Senior Vice President and Market Executive for the Bank of America Private Bank, leading the Central Florida market. In his role as Market Executive, Naveed leads a team of Private Client Advisors, Private Client Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Trust Officers in the Greater Tampa Bay, Orlando and Space Coast markets. He is responsible for attracting, mentoring, and retaining the highest caliber of talent, fostering a client experience that is distinctive in its scale, scope, and customization.

Naveed looks to support the interests and strengths of each of his team members, cultivating an environment founded on innovation, communication, and collaboration. He connects Advisors and Associates to resources and capabilities across the enterprise, drawing on his direct experience with multiple business lines. Naveed is also responsible for helping Advisors discern the offerings that align with client priorities, resulting in a more direct and impactful approach to each client’s situation.

Naveed began his career at Bank of America in 2006 and has held a number of leadership positions with the firm. Prior to joining the Private Bank, he led several consumer markets in Central Florida, as well as the Consumer segments for the Southeast Division. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Naveed has been a regular volunteer with Feeding the Homeless, Second Harvest Food Bank and also serves on the board of a local private school. He is involved in Bank of America diversity and inclusion initiatives, including membership in HOLA (Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership and Advancement) and ALN (Asian Leadership Network). Naveed has resided in Florida for more than 35 years. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and playing or coaching soccer and volleyball.
