Teresa A. Radzinski is a Managing Director, Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank, in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. As the leader of a client’s team, Teresa directs intra-disciplinary offerings in fiduciary investment management, trust and estate planning services, credit and lending, family office services, and philanthropy. Teresa draws on her own knowledge of these areas, as well as the in-depth insight of Bank of America Private Bank specialists. Together, they devise tailored and cohesive responses to clients’ long-term goals, mindful of their short-term needs.

Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank, Teresa was a Managing Director and CoHead of Financial Institutions Capital Markets & Financing at Merrill in New York, where she worked for 13 years. Previously, she held tenures with Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette and Smith Barney, also in New York, where she focused on global capital markets. Teresa also spent 11 years with Bank of America, in Corporate Finance Banking. She began her financial services career in 1986 at Wells Fargo.

Teresa is active in her community as she serves as Trustee on five nonprofit boards, (i) Board Chairperson for the Lightner Museum, (ii) The Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens, (iii) Flagler College, (iv) CESC, Inc. / The Kearney Center, and (v) St. John’s Cultural Counsel.

Teresa earned her B.A. from University of St. Catherine and her M.B.A. in Finance and Management from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University
