Lisa Gallagher is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Sarasota, Florida. Lisa’s emphasis is on personal service. Lisa’s background includes the private practice of law and serving as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of a multi-billion-dollar financial services firm. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona, as well as a LLM in Tax from Boston University. She has been admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, State of Arizona, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Lisa’s tenure in private practice focused on corporate and securities matters, tax and estate planning, and estate and trust administration. In addition, she has held multiple securities registrations since her first position in financial services in 1998.
Lisa currently serves on the Executive Council of the Florida Bar Tax Section and remains active in the Sarasota County Bar Association through its Council for Diversity and Inclusion. She is also a member of the Southwest Florida Estate Planning Council.
