Kate Monks serves as a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Bank of America Private Bank in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, she is responsible for providing personalized investment advice and guidance, incorporating asset allocation, tax minimization, retirement and multi-generational strategies. This includes assisting clients with establishing their goals and objectives, working towards developing an appropriate overall approach, formulating and implementing potential solutions and conducting periodic reviews to help clients monitor progress towards reaching the initial goals set forth.
Prior to joining the Private Bank, she was a Director at Windrose Advisors and RINET Company. Previous to that she was a manager at Deloitte.
Kate received her B.S. degree in finance, as well as her master's degree in accounting, from Syracuse University. She is a CFA® charterholder and is a member of the CFA® Society Boston.
