Katie joined Bank of America in 2007 and is currently a Managing Director Market Leader for the Private Bank. In this role she is responsible for partnering with Private Client Advisor teams to help ensure effective communication and delivery of the entire Private Bank platform. Prior to her current role Katie held several client-facing roles and leadership positions in Consumer Banking and Investments – Premier Client Manager, Wealth Management Banker, and Merrill Edge Market Sales Manager for the New England Region.

In addition to her role as Private Bank Market Leader, Katie has led the Enterprise Council for Private Bank and has been a valued member of their Diversity & Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility and Employee Experience subcommittees for the last three years.  In 2022, Katie was named Greater Boston Market Integration Executive(MIE). As the MIE, Katie works in partnership with members of the Greater Boston leadership team to connect our capabilities across the eight lines of business, ensuring that we are delivering one company, connecting businesses, families and individuals in an effort to improve financial lives. Katie assumes the MIE responsibilities while continuing in her current role with the Private Bank as Market Leader.
