Ted Broderick is a Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Boston, Massachusetts. He taps the deep resources of a skilled and knowledgeable Private Bank team to help clients manage the complexities of significant wealth. Ted works with an accomplished clientele that includes many entrepreneurs and business owners. He has specific experience helping clients prepare for their financial futures after the sale of a business, with a focus on strategies for managing both assets and personal balance sheets.
Together with his team, Ted helps clients create a financial framework that can include strategies for portfolio management, specialty asset management, trust and estate planning services, and credit and banking solutions. He seeks to provide objective, big-picture analysis and guidance on a range of financial issues. Ted’s commitment to the team approach extends to coordinating wealth management strategies with other members of the client’s professional team, including attorneys and tax advisors.
Before he joined the Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2018, Ted was a director at BNY Mellon, where he advised ultra-high-net-worth families and select institutions. He started his financial services career in 2012 at an asset management firm in Boston.
A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, he holds a B.S. degree from the Whittemore School of Business.
Ted is active in the professional and philanthropic communities in New England. He is a member of the Worcester Estate and Business Planning Council and the Boston Estate Planning Council, serves on the board of the Worcester Young Businessmen’s Association, and devotes considerable free time to charities that assist people with disabilities.
An accomplished athlete, he raced on the alpine ski team at the University of New Hampshire.
