Theodore Petrakos
Ted Petrakos is a Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at Bank of America Private Bank in Boston, Massachusetts. Ted works closely with individuals and families to provide fiduciary guidance and administer a wide range of trust accounts and estate relationships. He is committed to helping clients navigate complex wealth planning decisions with a focus on trust administration and estate settlement. Ted began his career as a real estate and transactional attorney, practicing at Boston firms including Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, and Rubin and Rudman. He later joined U.S. Trust Company—which subsequently became Bank of America Private Bank—where he led the Special Assets Department in Boston. In that role, he oversaw the management of unique trust-held assets such as real estate, farm and ranch properties, timberland, oil, mineral and gas interests and closely held businesses.
Ted graduated from Bowdoin College with a Bachelor of Arts in Government & Legal Studies and Art History. He received his law degree from Boston University. Ted is a member of the Norfolk Lions and The Friends of the Norfolk Public Library, where he lends a hand moving books to storage locations. He resides in Norfolk, Massachusetts with his wife, son and their dog, Pancake.
