Rob DeClement is currently the Private Bank Market Leader supporting the Washington DC-Baltimore Market.  With more than 25 years of experience in financial services industry, Rob has lead teams across the Consumer Bank, Consumer Investments and Wealth Management.  He currently manages Private Bank team in Baltimore, managing Private Client Advisors and Private Client Managers across the Greater Maryland market.  DeClement also serves as the Market Integration Executive for Greater Maryland.  In this role he is part of the Senior Leadership team in Maryland, leading all line of business leaders, responsible for market share growth, client referrals, and delivering solutions to clients across both the Bank of America and Merrill Wealth Management platforms.

Prior to managing the Private Bank, DeClement was the Region Executive for Consumer Investments, responsible for leading 10 Market Leaders and 150 financial advisors across Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia.

Before moving to Maryland, DeClement’s career started in and throughout New England. DeClement started in banking with Fleet Bank in 1999 and has worked in many different roles supporting the banking center channel.  In 2007, DeClement entered the Consumer Leadership Program (CLP), a development program for executive level leaders, designed to broaden one’s experience and exposure to an executive role within the financial services industry. DeClement later became a Consumer Market Executive and later the Regional Executive which brought him to the Mid-Atlantic Region.

DeClement is a graduate of Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. DeClement is married and enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children.
