Before joining the Private Bank in 2023, Steve spent four and a half years as a managing director at First Republic and eight years at Morgan Stanley Private Bank in California and New York. During that time, he led a team of private bankers focused on delivering complex lending and cash management solutions to high-net-worth families and business owners. Steve also worked as a Wealth Management Banker for Merrill and spent the first five years of his career in Central Florida with a boutique real estate development company.

Steve is a board member of Counseling in Schools (CIS), a non-profit dedicated to promoting the emotional and social growth of children so that they can thrive in school and succeed in life. He and his wife, Kristin, have a young son and reside in New Jersey.
