Richard Williams is a Managing Director and Market Leader at Bank of America Private Bank based in Paramus, New Jersey. He provides leadership and support for a team of sales professionals and specialists at four Private Bank offices in New Jersey who work with high-net-worth individuals, families and charitable organizations nationwide. Rich helps the team reach across disciplines and lines of business to provide integrated solutions to clients with complex wealth management needs. Team members look to him to help streamline their access to capabilities and resources that can enhance their ability to deliver a high-quality, customized client experience.

Rich brings a strategic perspective, an analytical mindset, and a deep knowledge of banking to his role. He is committed to fostering a collaborative environment where colleagues can continue to grow professionally. Prior to joining the Private Bank in 2018, he spent 21 years in commercial and business banking at Bank of America and its legacy institutions, most recently as a Senior Credit Manager.

Rich has played an active role in several Bank of America networks, including the LGBTQ+Pride and Military Support & Assistance Group. He helped implement recruiting and inaugural training for Bank of America's Global Banking military veteran hiring program.

Rich earned his B.S. degree in Finance at The College of New Jersey and his MBA degree at Seton Hall University. A New Jersey resident for most of his life, he lives in Hillsdale with his wife and their four children. In the community, he is active in his church parish, Boy Scouts and as a coach for his children's sports teams.
