Michelle Meissner is a Managing Director and Senior Trust Officer holding the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® CFP® certification currently in her 21st year at Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in Princeton, New Jersey. Michelle manages the administration and flow of assets to and from our clients' fiduciary trust and investment management accounts. She focuses on providing our clients with relevant wealth transfer strategies, mindful of efficient income tax and estate tax outcomes.
Michelle has extensive experience interacting with our clients' accountants, attorneys and trusted advisors helping them design, implement and monitor thoughtful wealth structuring strategies. Part of that is coordinating personal and family entity investment and trust accounts in a seamless fashion with clients' banking accounts. She also enjoys interacting with the next generation, including our clients' children and grandchildren, by providing financial education and guidance to help them become well informed, responsible stewards of multi-generational wealth.
A mother of three, Michelle is actively involved as a Coach and board member of her local youth association and her children's parent teachers association. Michelle earned her B.S. degree in Business Management and Marketing from Centenary University.
