Steve recognizes the singularity of each relationship. He leads not with answers, but with questions, taking the time to discern what matters to people—their goals for themselves, their families, and their businesses, as well as their concerns and long-term aspirations. Perhaps more importantly, Steve also poses questions that clients may not have yet considered, helping them to think more critically and expansively about the future direction of their wealth. He believes that this consultative approach differentiates himself and his team, resulting in a more fluid approach to the dynamic nature of each relationship.
A native of Kansas City, Missouri, Steve received his B.A. from William Jewell College and his M.B.A. from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. He has a deep passion for UNLV and is a proud supporter of the Lee Business School and multiple sports within the Athletic Department.
In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, watching the Golden Knights and playing golf at his home club, TPC Summerlin. He tries to live life by a simple quote: “90% of life is showing up.” That quote has allowed him to develop relationships that are founded in honesty, authenticity and hard work.
