Scott Skorobohaty is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in New York, New York. Scott leads the design and development of customized wealth strategies for high-net-worth clients, helping them deploy their wealth more thoughtfully and efficiently. He has significant experience addressing the needs of business owners, real-estate developers, and multi-generational families, allowing them to devote more time to their personal and professional affairs. Scott has more than three decades of financial services experience. Prior to joining the Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust), he served as Executive Vice President of Community Banking and Commercial Lending with Laurel Road. His career also includes tenures with People’s United Bank, where he was an Executive Vice President of Commercial Lending; Hudson Valley Bank, where he was Chief Banking Officer; BankUnited, where he was Head of Private Banking; and North Fork Bank, where he began his private banking career. He earned his undergraduate degree in business administration and his M.B.A. from the University of Denver. Scott is proud to partake in the “I’m out at work” initiative of Bank of America and is an active supporter of the LGBTQ+ community. Specifically, The LGBT Community Center of NYC, The Gay Men’s Health Crisis, and Out 4 Undergrad (O4U).
