Adrien Ventura a Senior Vice President and Private Bank Market Leader for the Private Bank in Long Island, Brooklyn and Queens New York. She leads a diverse team of advisors who help guide and deliver to clients a range of wealth transfer, credit and investment management strategies. She and her team are key drivers of the company’s business strategies and initiatives and are instrumental in shaping and executing the firm’s objectives. Adrien brings extensive experience in fiduciary management, client relations, risk oversight, and planning.  

Since 2012, Adrien has held progressive roles in wealth management. Prior to her current role, Adrien served as a Fiduciary Supervision Executive, where she focused on advising families on a wide range planning strategies and played a pivotal role in the creation and implementation of personal trusts. Her acumen extends to her administration of various types of trusts and fiduciary investment management accounts, including limited liability companies and limited partnerships. In addition to her advisory role, Adrien also lead a team of fiduciary trust professionals, helping to ensure responsible growth while maintaining a strong focus on risk management. She also previously worked as a Trust Advisor for a boutique Boston-based wealth management firm. In this role, she focused on wealth planning for the firm’s multi-family office client base. Earlier in her tenure, Adrien worked as a Fiduciary Officer for the Private Bank, concentrating primarily on policy and procedure creation, corporate governance, audit and regulatory compliance matters, and fiduciary-based initiatives. She also spent time working for a well-respected Rhode Island law firm, where she focused on probate litigation and estate planning.

Adrien is an inclusive leader who champions the Bank’s culture, is an active mentor to talent, and participates in numerous diversity councils within the organization. Internally, she serves on multiple employee networks and councils, including the Leadership, Education, Advocacy, and Development for Women Council (LEAD) and the Intergenerational Employee Network (IGEN). She received her B.A. from Roger Williams University, her M.B.A from Capella University, and her J.D. from Roger Williams University. She holds admissions to the Rhode Island and Massachusetts state bars. She resides in Queens, New York, with her husband and beloved dog, Joulya. She enjoys hiking and actively participates in community charities and outreach efforts.
