Carlos Santana is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Manager with Bank of America Private Bank in Forest Hills, Queens. Carlos is responsible for cultivating a preeminent client experience, leading the team’s operations to deliver a highly customized approach to each person, family, or institution. He works closely with an accomplished clientele, building genuine relationships founded on an intimate understanding of people’s preferences and needs. Working in concert with his team, Carlos helps clients capitalize on possible efficiencies across multiple contexts of their wealth. Carlos joined Bank of America in 2010 at the New York City Flagship financial center. Throughout his career, he has steadily taken on additional responsibilities in roles that span consumer, small business, and commercial banking. Highly responsive to client priorities, Carlos has earned a reputation for cementing strong relationships founded on trust. Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank, he advised a number of small-to-mid-sized companies throughout Metro New York, supporting their commercial banking needs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Queens College and is fluent in Spanish.
Eager to give back, Carlos is a board member of The Business Initiative Corporation of New York (BICNY), a nonprofit organization that supports economic development and private investments in New York State by providing below-market interest rate loans and long-term capital to the business community. Within Bank of America, Carlos is active in the Hispanic Organization for Leadership and Advancement (HOLA).
Originally from New York City, Carlos currently resides in the Bronx. Outside the office, he enjoys dining out, both at old favorites and new restaurants, and welcomes recommendations for his next culinary experience.
