Lydia Nikolic, CSRIC® is a Managing Director and Private Client Advisor, with Bank of America Private Bank in New York, New York. Lydia works with an accomplished clientele. Prior to her current role, she served as the Private Bank Market Leader for Brooklyn and Queens, and Market Executive for NYC Outer Boroughs, where she led significant growth for the Commercial Bank in Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island. Previously, she served as the Market Manager for Business Banking on Long Island, where she spearheaded robust client engagement and revenue growth. Earlier in her career, Lydia worked in mid-corporate, international, and public finance divisions of JP Morgan Chase in New York and Credit Swiss First Boston in San Francisco.Lydia holds a master’s degree in organizational development and leadership and a certification in sustainability leadership, both from Fielding Graduate University. She is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School, a three-year, master’s level program for senior banking officers.A strong proponent of giving back, Lydia participates in Bank of America’s Global Ambassadors Program (Vital Voices) as a mentor to a woman entrepreneur in Europe. She has also been active in in the Cheri Blair Foundation Mentoring Program as a mentor to a businesswoman in Nigeria. She is a current member of the Board of Directors of the Long Island City Partnership in Queens.In addition to her native Serbo-Croatian, Lydia speaks French and Russian. She is an avid reader, skier, and golfer.
