Matthew Feit is an Assistant Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Bank of America Private Bank in New York, New York. In concert with a team of specialists, Mathew brings extensive investment knowledge and know-how to an active and retired clientele with significant wealth and expectations. They include successful founders, business owners and corporate executives, as well as endowments and institutions.

In his role, Matthew creates and maintains customized investment strategies and solutions – accounting for each client’s goals, risk tolerance, liquidity needs and investment timeline. He also provides guidance in the areas of asset allocation, tax-efficiency, retirement planning, and wealth structuring. In meetings with clients, he helps them articulate meaningful goals and works toward mutually agreeable strategies that he monitors and adjusts as their needs and markets evolve. He also tries to educate whenever possible, so that clients understand the importance of diversification, what they own and why.

Beyond dollars and cents, Matthew believes in the value of building relationships with clients that extend to the next generation in their families. In meetings with multiple stakeholders, he often educates on ways to manage wealth responsibly.

A Long Island native, Matthew grew up fascinated with the financial markets. After graduating Cum Laude from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, he joined the Private Bank the same year. Today, Matthew enjoys life in Manhattan, spending time with friends and family, and playing golf.
