Elizabeth Rose

Ms. Rose is a Managing Director and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank (the “Private Bank”) in New York. She advises ultra-high-net-worth individuals, multigenerational families, entrepreneurs, executives, and institutional clients, delivering complex credit, customized wealth planning, investment management, and banking solutions tailored to sophisticated financial situations.
With more than two decades of experience across wealth management, global markets, and investment banking, Ms. Rose brings a distinctive perspective to clients navigating significant liquidity events, concentrated stock positions, family governance matters, philanthropic objectives, and multigenerational wealth transfer. She partners closely with clients to develop integrated strategies designed to align their financial resources with their long-term goals, values, and legacy aspirations.
Ms. Rose has been with Bank of America for eleven years, most recently serving as Co-Head of Wealth Management Advisory (WMA), where she led the ultra-high-net-worth coverage effort for the firm's most significant global markets and institutional relationships. Prior to that role, she spent six years as a senior member of the Industry Executive Client Relationship team, culminating in coverage responsibility for the Technology, Media & Telecommunications sector.
Before joining Bank of America, Ms. Rose spent twelve years in global markets at Barclays and Lehman Brothers. She served as Co-Head of Barclays' share repurchase origination and execution platform, advising corporate clients on strategic capital management initiatives. Across her career, she has developed deep expertise in equity markets, equity capital raising, wealth strategy, and corporate executive advisory services.
Throughout her career, Ms. Rose has worked with leading alternative asset managers and institutional investors, including Apollo Global Management, Citadel, Elliott Management, GoldenTree Asset Management, Guggenheim, BlackRock/HPS Investment Partners, and KKR. She has also advised executives and organizations across a wide range of industries, including Comcast, Ernst & Young, Flex, Google, Liberty Media, Salesforce, Texas Instruments, Uber, and X (formerly Twitter).
Ms. Rose earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia. She currently leads Bank of America's recruiting efforts for both the University of Virginia undergraduate program and the Darden School of Business. She has also completed graduate coursework through Sotheby's Institute of Art, specializing in contemporary art and its markets. Mrs. Rose lives in New York City with her husband and their two children. Outside of work, she coaches youth soccer through the Downtown Soccer League.
