Tnyetta Mitchell is a Managing Director and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in New York, New York. Tnyetta delivers strategic advice and guidance to clients across multiple aspects of wealth management, offering the knowledge and insight she has gained from more than 30 years with the firm. She has experience guiding a highly accomplished clientele, including business owners, multigenerational families, private equity and hedge fund principals, and non-profits. Tnyetta joined Bank of America (formerly Fleet Bank) in 1993 and has taken on successive leadership roles. She spent the first few years of her career as a Financial Center Manager and the Regional Administrator for 350 financial centers in New York. Since 2005, Tnyetta has focused on the needs of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. She was a Client Management Executive managing teams in two Private Bank locations and a Treasury Services Manager leading the team and product development for the Family Office bill pay service. She earned her B.A. from Wesleyan University, a Post-Baccalaureate business certificate from Columbia University, and an M.B.A. in Finance from Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University. Tnyetta has been recognized as a finance professional who has achieved extraordinary professional success while making significant and impactful contributions to our community through volunteerism, philanthropy, board service and mentorship. She serves on the Randall’s Island Park Alliance Board of Trustees as a New York City Mayoral appointee. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and serves as Finance Class Representative for the Chapin School Alumnae Association. Tnyetta mentors recent graduates through Wesleyan University’s Cardinals Helping Cardinals program and is a member of Wesleyan’s Alumni Admissions Volunteer program. Previously, she served on the Board of Trustees for the Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Care and Prevention, now a part of Memorial Sloan Kettering.
