Soyeon Caruso is a Vice President and Private Client Manager at Bank of America Private Bank in Rochester, New York. As a key member of a dedicated team of private banking specialists and supported by the global enterprise, she caters to the distinct and often complex financial needs of a high-net-worth clientele residing across Upstate New York – active and retired business owners and executives, attorneys, physicians and generations of wealthy families.

A determined problem-solver, Soyeon focuses on clients’ credit and lending requirements – from residential and commercial real estate lending, to securities-based and private client lines of credit, custom lending solutions, and financing and practice solutions for medical practices. She also coordinates her team’s efforts to craft cohesive investment, wealth structuring, and legacy planning strategies. In addition, she works to connect clients’ philanthropic activities to strategies that can bring meaningful results.

Soyeon joined Bank of America in 2013 and the Private Bank in 2021. Previously, she was a treasury solutions analyst, helping mid-size companies with treasury services, efficient management of their liquidity, and strategies to protect their accounts from fraud and other cyber forms of attack.

Soyeon serves as Chairwoman of Bank of America’s Rochester Community Volunteer Board. She also coordinates volunteer events with local non-profits and is a Better Money Habits Champion. Soyeon holds a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality and service management and a minor in psychology from Rochester Institute of Technology. She resides in Pittsford with her husband, Kevin, and their son and daughter.
