Amy Lim is a Senior Vice President and Market Leader for Bank of America Private Bank in both Pennsylvania and Delaware. Amy joined the organization in 2015 and has held successive leadership positions through the years. In her current role, Amy has access to the bank’s premier resources and extensive network of commercial, lending, banking, and investment partners to offer the full capabilities of the enterprise to high-net-worth individuals and institutions. She leads a fiduciary team of Private Client Advisors, Private Client Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Trusts Officers, who work together to deliver the highest level of client experience and holistic advice to help meet our clients’ complex financial needs.
Amy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Temple University, obtaining a B.B.A with a concentration in legal studies. Within Bank of America’s employee networks, Amy is an executive sponsor for both the Asian Leadership Network Greater Philadelphia Chapter, as well as Private Bank’s Women Empowerment Network. She is also a member of Private Bank’s Asian Executive Leadership Council and contributes to Leadership, Education, Advocacy, and Development for Women and Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership and Advancement. She is committed to serving the broader community as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Please Touch Museum, have been selected as a 2022 and 2023 Cherie Blair Foundation Mentor, and volunteers her time extensive at various local community organizations.
In her free time, Amy enjoys traveling the world with her husband and their three children, exploring not only the open lands of far-away places, but also diving in the deep blue sea. In July 2023, she and her family took a heritage trip back to Asia to visit families in China, Cambodia, and Vietnam.
