Robert S. McMenamin is Market Director for Bank of America Private Bank in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, where he leads a team of wealth management professionals who serve to provide a broad range of needs for high-net-worth individuals and public and private nonprofit organizations. For 10 years Rob managed the Bank of America Private Bank geographical business in Upstate New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Rob has 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined Bank of America in January of 2001 to assist in the significant expansion of its private wealth management operation in the region and during his tenure has managed the consolidation of the regional Fleet Bank and Bank of America wealth management operations.
Rob’s ability to coordinate innovative wealth management strategies to help preserve and build the personal financial resources of individuals and families, as well as nonprofits, grew from a background of managing complex corporate relationships and the successful entrepreneurs and principals associated with them. Prior to joining Bank of America, Rob held the position of Senior Vice President in the Wealth Management Group at Wells Fargo Bank and spent 17 years in corporate finance with PNC Bank.
Following his graduation from the Episcopal Academy, Rob received a Bachelor of Arts degree from New England College, where he majored in business administration and minored in marketing. He is also a graduate of the Cannon Trust School. Rob lives in Newtown Square, PA.
Rob is a member of the board of trustees of the Franklin Institute and the Episcopal Academy where he serves on various committees within the organizations. Formerly he served as a trustee at the Philadelphia Zoo and a member of the board of directors of NAI Global Corp, an international commercial real estate firm.
