Paul W. Anghinetti is a Managing Director and the Market Executive for Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts, including Cape Cod and the Islands, with Bank of America Private Bank. Paul leads a high-achieving, dynamic team of professionals who are committed to delivering a preeminent wealth-management experience to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. Drawing on more than three decades of banking and executive leadership, Paul cultivates a culture of excellence and collaboration that capitalizes on the strengths of each team member. He directs a high-performing, diverse, multi-disciplinary team that is dedicated to helping clients grow, preserve and transfer significant wealth more effectively. Paul believes strongly in providing his team with the tools and resources they need to thrive. Together, they offer an intensively customized client experience designed to help multiple generations pursue their aspirations and cement their legacies. In 2021, Paul was asked to take on his current role, which included an expansion of the Market into Southeastern Massachusetts. Prior to this tenure, he served as Market Executive with Bank of America, managing the Business Banking team in Southeastern Massachusetts. In that capacity, Paul led a group of experienced professionals delivering customized solutions to commercial clients with annual sales revenue ranging from $5MM to $75MM. Paul views his Private Bank leadership role as a “homecoming,” gratified to be back to a community where he has deep roots. He began his career in Providence, Rhode Island, with Fleet Bank in 1987 in its Management Training Program. Over the course of his 37-year career, he has held executive leadership positions in the Consumer Bank, as well as Business Banking in Rhode Island, Connecticut, Boston, and Southeastern Massachusetts. Paul graduated from the Portsmouth Abbey School in Rhode Island before going on to Bentley College, where he earned his B.S. in Finance. He also earned his M.B.A. from Providence College. An engaged community leader, Paul serves on the Board of Directors of the Metro South Chamber of Commerce and is actively involved in several local community events. Paul and his wife, Laura, are very proud of their three adult children, Kayla, John, and Matthew.
