Aimee L. Stone is a Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at Bank of America Private Bank in Fort Worth, Texas. Aimee’s focus is on the administration of clients’ trusts and carrying out provisions contained in trust documents. Aimee recognizes that each trust and each beneficiary is unique, and provides highly personalized service to help carry out the estate plans. Aimee is the main point of contact for clients and their beneficiaries when it comes to matters of trust administration and will engage other Bank of America Private Bank specialists to assist with meeting clients’ financial goals.

Aimee has over 22 years of experience working with high net worth individuals and families. Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank in December 2023 Aimee worked as a Senior Trust Officer in the JPMorgan Private Bank for over six and a half years after practicing law for fifteen years in the areas of estate planning, trust, estate, tax, and business law. Aimee was a partner with a Fort Worth law firm before she transitioned to a Senior Trust Officer role.

Aimee has been admitted to practice law in Texas since November 2002, and she has been Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since December 2009. Aimee holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, Juris Doctorate from Baylor University School of Law, and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University.

Aimee is a seventh generation Texan with strong ties to the Tarrant County community. She is active in the Fort Worth legal community including the: Tarrant County Bar Association Tax and Estate Section, Business and Estate Council, and Women Attorneys Section; and the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association. She has served as a board member and officer of these organizations, and she currently serves as secretary of the Tarrant County Bar Association Fort Worth Business and Estate Council. Aimee is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and a Fellow of the Tarrant County Bar Association. Aimee is a graduate of the Leadership Fort Worth 2017 class. Aimee also currently serves as a mentor in the Texas Christian University M. J. Neeley School of Business Inclusive Excellence Mentoring Program.

Aimee and her husband enjoy volunteering in their son’s school and sports activities, Miracle League Arlington, and Mission Arlington.
