Douglas E. Christensen is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Salt Lake City, Utah. He focuses on helping high-net-worth individuals and families manage the complexities that can accompany significant wealth.
Doug works closely with entrepreneurs, business owners, corporate executives and wealthy families, with many relationships spanning multiple generations. Doug leads a team of seasoned specialists with expertise in investment management, asset preservation, tax minimization strategies, trust and estate planning services, credit and lending, and philanthropic solutions. As clients look toward significant life events, Doug leads his team in the development and execution of tailored wealth management strategies to address the goals and objectives of clients.
Since launching his financial services career in 1990, Doug has addressed the sophisticated financial needs of wealthy individuals and families. Before joining the Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2019, Doug served as the market leader and regional manager of investments and fiduciary services for Wells Fargo Private Bank. Prior to managing private bank teams, he was a portfolio manager with Wells Fargo and Northern Trust Bank.
Doug earned a bachelor’s degree and M.B.A. from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business. Active in the community, Doug has served on the board of Three Square food bank and the Las Vegas Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He enjoys sports and spending time with his wife, Kristine, and their five children.
