Jane Fortune is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor at Bank of America Private Bank in Richmond, Virginia. As the leader of a client’s Private Bank team, Jane coordinates local resources and national capabilities to provide client-focused guidance on complex wealth issues. She and her team can offer strategies for investment management, pre-liquidity event planning and philanthropy, trust and estate planning services, as well as credit and lending solutions.
Jane brings three decades of financial experience and insight to client relationships. She has worked at Bank of America for most of her career, holding positions in financial centers, mortgage services, premier banking and wealth management. Jane began her financial services career at Sovran Bank (a Bank of America predecessor) in 1990. Prior to joining the Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2019, she spent three years as a private client relationship manager at First Tennessee Bank in Richmond.
Jane earned a B.S. degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. A lifelong resident of the Richmond area, she and her husband have raised three children here.
