Rachel Birrell
Rachel Birrell is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Bellevue, Washington. Rachel works closely with high-net-worth individuals and families to help optimize and manage their wealth. By identifying a client's primary goals and needs, Rachel and her team coordinate local resources and the national capabilities of Bank of America Enterprise to help clients reach their objectives. She leads a team of Bank of America Private Bank specialists who work in concert to design and implement tailored financial strategies in investment management, trust and estate planning services, liquidity event strategies, lending and philanthropy.
Rachel brings 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank in 2023, she served as Vice President and Market Leader within Bank of America’s Consumer Preferred Lending division for the Bellevue/Eastside market, and previously held the role of Area Lending Manager. Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Communications from Northwest University, where she was also a four-year member of the women’s basketball team and served as President of the All-Women’s organization on campus. She remains actively involved in her community as the Director of the Monroe Select Boys Basketball program and as the coach of the 7th-grade select team, reflecting her passion for mentorship, teamwork, and youth development.
A native of Wisconsin, Rachel resides in Monroe with her husband and four sons, where they maintain a small hobby farm. Outside of her professional commitments and her children’s busy sports schedules, she enjoys running and spending time with her family at their cabin in Idaho.
