David MacCulloch is a Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at Bank of America Private Bank in Seattle, Washington. His focus is on the administration of client trusts and carrying out provisions contained in trust documents. David is the main point of contact for clients, their beneficiaries and advisors when it comes to matters of trust administration, and will engage other Bank of America Private Bank specialists to assist as appropriate. Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank in January 2020, David worked as an attorney in private practice, with his practice focus on estate planning, trust and estate administration, tax and business succession planning. In addition, he has worked in the capacities of a Senior Trust Officer, Senior Fiduciary Officer, and Senior Relationship Manager for Washington Trust Bank (Washington State), and in California with Montecito Bank and Trust, The Northern Trust, and Mercer Advisors. David also served as an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at Westmont College in California for 12 years. 

David is admitted to practice law in California, and graduated from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles with a Juris Doctor Degree. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and business, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, both from Westmont College of Santa Barbara, California. 

David has served in various Board and volunteer capacities with The Santa Barbara Symphony, Young Life California Central Region, and Habitat for Humanity.
