Raquel Ramage is a Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at Bank of America Private Bank, in Spokane, WA. Her focus is on the administration of clients’ trusts and carrying out provisions contained in trust documents. Raquel recognizes that each trust and each beneficiary is unique, and provides highly personalized service to help carry out each individual’s estate plan. Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank in 2025, Raquel worked as Senior Trust Officer at U.S. Bank and as a Trust Relationship Manager at Columbia Trust Company.
Raquel holds an M.B.A in Finance from Loyola Marymount University and a B.A. from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Raquel is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) certificant, awarded by the American Bankers Association. She also serves as a member of the Spokane Estate Planning Council and the Women’s Gift Alliance of Coeur d Alene.
