Sloan Allen is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Nashville, Tennessee. With a deep background in custom credit and lending solutions, Sloan and her partner, Heather Barbour, can help clients with their short-term liquidity needs and long-term financial goals. Long before she formulates any specific strategies, Sloan spends a considerable amount of time asking questions to help uncover and address potential gaps in clients’ wealth management strategies. Her thoughtful approach is brought to life by surrounding clients with a team of specialists who can navigate the bank’s global offerings and help design and implement tailored financial strategies that align with their distinctive priorities.

Sloan began her career in financial services in 2010 with Bank of America’s corporate finance division in Charlotte, where she was responsible for corporate banking and global transaction services. In 2013, she relocated to Nashville to assume a role with Bank of America Merrill Lynch Global Commercial Bank, working with companies with $50 million to $2 billion in revenue. Sloan joined Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2016. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 registrations.

Passionate about giving back to her local community, Sloan currently serves on the PULSE board for the America Heart Association where she served as chair from 2018-2019. She is active with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee and was a past board member of Nashville Social Enterprise Alliance. A graduate of the Nashville Young Leaders Council, Sloan is also involved with Bank of America’s LEAD for Women and Power of 10 mentorship program.
