Susan J. Eddy is a Managing Director and Senior Trust Officer Bank of America Private Bank in Boston, Massachusetts.  Her focus is on the administration of clients’ trusts and carrying out provisions contained in trust documents. Susan is the main point of contact for clients and their beneficiaries when it comes to matters of trust administration and will engage other Bank of America Private Bank specialists to assist, as appropriate. At Bank of America, we recognize each trust and each beneficiary is unique, and we provide highly personalized service to help carry out your estate plans. Susan joined the firm in 1983 and has more than 35 years of experience working in trust and estate administration, including 12 years managing a team of trust professionals. She has spent her career working with high-net-worth individuals and their families of multi- generations with estate planning, ensuring their plans are carried out in accordance with their wishes.

She holds a degree from Boston University. She serves on the Board of the Old North Foundation (Boston, Massachusetts), and she is also a member of the Boston Estate Planning Society.
