Susan began her banking career in 1990 at a predecessor firm of Bank of America. She has taken on increasing responsibilities during her tenure with the bank, providing her with knowledge of multiple areas, including personal, commercial, and real estate lending. Susan earned her B.A. in Economics from Tufts University and has completed executive education through the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.

Susan is married and has a daughter.
