Taylor Lipsett is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Bank of America Private Bank in Austin/San Antonio, Texas. In this role, Taylor’s main objectives are to listen to clients, help assess their investment needs and goals and create and maintain personalized investment solutions.  He then helps monitor their overall wealth management strategy based upon the client’s risk tolerance, time horizon and liquidity needs. He is a member of a Private Bank team, who together assist the clients in all facets of their financial wellbeing including tax-minimization, retirement and multi-generational planning, banking and lending needs.

Taylor joined Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2008 and has held a number of different roles within the firm during his tenure including positions within the oil & gas and mutual fund trading groups. His decade-plus tenure at Bank of America Private Bank has given him significant experience and insight into the wealth management needs of high-net-worth individuals and families, as well as the solutions offered by Bank of America Private Bank to help meet those needs.

Taylor Lipsett obtained a bachelor’s degree in finance from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business and an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Dallas’s Naveen Jindal School of Management.

After concluding a 10 year athletic career on the U.S. Paralympic Ice Hockey team, which included trips to three Winter Paralympic Games (where he won a Bronze Medal in 2006 and back-to-back Gold Medals in 2010 & 2014), he was elected to, and currently serves on, USA Hockey's Board of Directors. Taylor also co-chairs the Athlete Directors Committee and sits on the Finance, DE&I, and Disabled Hockey committees. He also serves as USA Hockey's Athlete Representative on the Team USA Athletes' Commission, which plays an explicit role in representing athletes' voices and concerns relating to various issues, processes, and procedures within the Olympic & Paralympic Movement within the United States and across the globe.
