Yolanda McLeod Terry is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank based in Winter Park, Florida. She works with a diverse group of ultra-high-net-worth clients, focusing on multigenerational families and business owners. Yolanda seeks to cultivate close personal and professional relationships grounded in a deep understanding of each client’s financial goals and values. She brings together a team of qualified professionals across the Private Bank to help clients create customized strategies for managing complex wealth. This coordinated approach may include strategies for fiduciary investment management and philanthropy, next-generation wealth education, trust and estate planning services, and customized credit and lending solutions.
Prior to joining the Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2016, Yolanda was a private bank portfolio manager and an ultra-high-net-worth credit advisor at SunTrust. Her experience includes a strong foundation in commercial and real estate lending. She began her financial career after graduating with honors from the University of Central Florida, where she earned both a B.S. degree in finance and an M.B.A.
Recently, Yolanda was elected to the board of directors at Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. Also deeply interested in women’s issues, Yolanda is a past member of the American Heart Association Circle of Red and current board chair of WOW Legacy Group Inc. She is also passionate about diversity & inclusion and financial empowerment for underrepresented communities. Yolanda is active with Bank of America’s Black Executive Leadership Council, Central Florida Black Professionals, and LEAD for Women. She also serves as a mentor and role model for young people of color, seeking to remove the perception of roadblocks to career success.
